This regulation has also further improved the production entry threshold of food additive, to employee's quality, respects such as the environment, the facilities of factory building, the hygiene management and delivery inspection ability for producing apparatus or facility in the products place,etc. have put forward stricter requirement.
This regulation announced by State Bureau of Quality Testing has put forward stricter requirement too for food additive enterprises, specially the regulation comes with a chapter " Producer's quality obligation " ,Include specifically: Food additive that producers should sell to dispatching from the factory carries on delivery inspection, it is qualified to be back can sell; Producers should set up the quality management systems of materials procurement, production process control, products delivery inspection and after-sale service,etc., and do a good job of the production management record; Food additive is packed should adopt the safe, nonpoisonous material, and guarantee food additive is not polluted; Producers should be to the administrative situation of production, the focal point is that food additive quality safety controls the situation to check oneself etc.. In addition, if food additive produced has potential safety hazards, producers should recall in accordance with the law.
In annotating, this regulation requires food additive label, manual not to contain the untrue, content exaggerated, can't involve the prevention from suffering from the diseases, treat the function. The label, manual of food additive should be clear, obvious, apt to recognize and read-in. There is food additive which uses taboo or safe attentive matters, there should be warning marks or Chinese warning statements.
