Some food is apt to cause migraine headache after a meal
The result of study of an investigation that the medical expert in U.S.A. announces recently shows, 20% of the migraine headache after a meal is closely linked to food. Because contain some chemical materials in some food, the person to that these chemical materials are sensitive is apt to cause the brain blood vessel to expand after eating, produce migraine headache. The patient had better avoid the following food: Chocolate, cheese, sausage and carnivorous, dry fruit (walnut, fibert, raisins,etc. smoked) , citrus, lemon, plum, salted fish, marine product pickled, food, wine containing additive, especially claret and beer,etc..
